An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a service provided to staff as another way to help you cope with life’s difficulties and challenges.
The University provides all staff will access to an EAP from Legal & General where you can receive information and advice, support and counselling.
The service is confidential, not restricted to issues and problems connected with work, and is free of charge. Access to support is via telephone helpline and the website*.
