Improve your swim fitness with instructor-led lane swimming sessions.
These sessions are ideal for those looking to get a bit fitter in the water, or for those looking to improve their swimming for sports such as Triathlon.
Our qualified and experienced instructors lead the session which will consist of a warm up, technique and skills set, a main set working on aerobic fitness, power and stamina, and finishing with a cool down. Participants must be able to swim 200m front crawl, back crawl and breastroke.
Classes are run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm, and are bookable on a session by session basis. For more information, or to book a place, please contact the Jubilee Sports Centre Reception.
