The new booking system for Enterprise Rent-a-Car vehicle hire will soon be available for use by University staff. This system should make it quicker and easier for users to hire vehicles through Enterprise whilst also enabling hirers to manage both current and past rentals online. Also, crucially, staff will no longer become inactive if they are not regular users of the system.
If you are registered on the current ARMS booking system, you will be receiving an automated e-mail from Enterprise this week with the web address and your personal log-in details for the B2B system. If you are not a current user and would like to request a log-in, please contact the Procurement Office at [email protected] detailing your name, telephone number and e-mail address and we will be happy to include you on the system.
A user guide for the B2B system can be found here. To help ensure a smooth transition, the current ARMS system will remain active for the next few months as a back-up in case users experience any difficulties with B2B.
