Want to lose weight? Get healthier? Social support equals better success. The goFIT team challenge offers you the support to succeed.

Repeated studies show that people who connect with colleagues or friends to lose weight / move more / get healthier not only stay the course, but continue to succeed after working on a program together.

One recent study showed people who went it alone had a 76 percent completion rate and 24 per cent success maintaining weight loss six months after their program finished.

team workPeople who worked with friends, colleagues or family, however, had 95 per cent completion rate and a 66 per cent success rate at keeping off the weight after the program finished.

The 12 week goFIT challenge is designed to help you succeed build up a great wellbeing practice, whether your goal is weight loss, strength, energy or reduced stress. It’s your opportunity to get together with five- eight friends, colleagues, fellow students and not only start your health goals, like weight loss, but also have a much higher rate of success kicking off with your team, and sustaining success after the Challenge wraps.

With the goFIT challenge, participation is easy: the website and goF’IT app make it easy to see how you and your team are doing with the weekly movement minutes challenges. There’ll be tips and how-to’s for fat burning strategies, improving strength, reducing stress, gaining energy and being smarter. We also make it easy to connect so you can share new discoveries with your team, as well as check out how other teams are doing.
