The University is holding a one day conference on 27 February to raise awareness of different and innovative approaches to assessment and feedback across the university.
The purpose of the conference is to:
– provide an opportunity for staff and students at the university to showcase, disseminate and hear about innovative assessment and feedback practices;
– discuss your experiences of assessment and feedback;
– provide an opportunity to network and form collaborations across the university.
Keynote speakers are Professor Margaret Price, National Teaching Fellow, from Oxford Brookes University, and Professor Hugh Davis, University Director of Education and Director of Centre for Innovation in Technologies and Education (CITE).
The conference will be a mixture of traditional presentations, workshops, demonstrations, interactive discussions and panels, and students will be fully represented.
