Last year we started a major programme of work to improve the operation of the University’s professional services. Some of you will have heard this referred to as ‘Processfix’.
This is a positive initiative for the University and is closely aligned to our refreshed University Strategy. It aims to free-up staff time and improve the experience that we provide to our students.
This programme has recently been expanded to include a review of what staff need and expect from our professional services.
Staff can find out more about the two strands of work by reading Tessa Harrison’s January update and FAQs on the programme’s groupsite.
