Do you know about Stress Management Strategies?

This session will guide you on how to reduce, prevent and cope with stress. The session will outline some methods that people use to cope with their stress and present healthier ways to manage the stress.

Free food and drinks will be provided.

It is widely believed that one in four employees in the UK are suffering from stress and it is listed as the number one reason for workplace absence in the UK.

Luckily for us, Neil Shah from the Stress Management Society is coming to the University. He will offer practical solutions for reducing your stress levels, so you manage and enjoy your life.
