Tessa Harrison, University Registrar, is holding an exciting programme of informal lunchtime sessions for all staff and students to bring the University community together and to provide space for us to hear about and debate issues of shared interest and concern.
This month’s session is this Wednesday 26 February, where we will hear from Professor Zoe Radnor, Professor of Service Operations Management, Associate Dean (Teaching) Loughborough and Chair of the British Academy of Management. Zoe will be speaking on process improvement and service management in public sector organisations, which is relevant to us at the moment, in light of the recent work we have been doing with ProcessFix on Operational Excellence.
The session will give you the chance to ask challenging questions and contribute to considering what some of the answers may be. So please join us.
Date: Wednesday 26 February
Time: 13.00 – 14.00
Location: Building 2/ 2065
Booking: To attend the session – book here.
Tea and coffee will be available but lunch is not provided. Please feel free to bring along your own lunch to eat during the session.
