Educating global citizens – a forum for shaping the Southampton experience

As students and staff at Southampton we are living as global citizens – with global impacts and global opportunities. This forum aims to bring together students and staff to explore how the University addresses this, through supporting students in becoming globally responsible graduates, research on a global scale and minimising our environmental impact.

Tea and coffee will be provided, and please feel free to bring your lunch to this open forum to explore what the University is currently doing and how you could be involved in shaping the agenda.

This event is organised by the Sustainability Action  Programme, which is a staff-student programme aiming to embed sustainability across the CORE of the University: Curriculum, Operations, Research and Experience. The aim is make the University of Southampton a pioneer in the area of sustainability, providing every student and staff member the opportunity to engage with this global issue.
