As part of the Infrastructure Investment Programme, improving our IT, we are moving IT services to our new Data Centre.
On Monday, 31 March, between 07:00 to 16:00, we will be moving a key part of the IT Infrastructure, which provides a number of our IT Services. As a result of this move, the following services will not be available:
Students and Staff:

- School of Management exam marks
- Past papers
- Room bookings
- Parking permits
- School of Social Sciences exam marks
- Software distribution website (www.software.soton.ac.uk)
Staff only:
- WebSIS
- Exam Timetabling
- Teaching Timetabling
- Some Finance systems (GLe20 Screens, Prophecy and OpenIngres)
- Exam Marks Upload
- Visitor car park bookings
- IT Training and Development course bookings
- Mediabin
- Teamsite administration
