We are pleased to announce that the Assessment at Southampton project has developed a new Student Record System Self Service page for students to see more information about assessments and marks.
You can access this by logging into SUSSED, clicking on ‘My Student Record’, selecting ‘Student Service, Student Records’ and, from the list, selecting ‘Student Assessment, Marks and Classification’.
You will be asked to choose an Academic Year and, depending on your selection, you can then choose what you want to see.
The information will be displayed on the new page as below:
Assessment Details and Component Marks – 2013/14 Academic Year and onwards
This page shows the assessment breakdown of all modules which is now held in the Student Record System. For this academic year, 2013/14, this is a prototype and may not be completely accurate.
From next academic year, 2014/15, you will be able to see the due dates of all of your assessment components as held in the Student Record System, as well as your component marks.
Module Marks and Progression/Classification – All Academic Years
This page shows your modules, your final module marks and your year outcome or degree classification as appropriate. Please note that this year’s marks are currently unavailable.
Special Considerations & Academic Integrity
This page shows details of any Special Considerations submitted and recorded in the Student Record System. It will also show details of any Academic Integrity infringements.
The existing Final Grades page you currently use is still available, but the advantage of the new page is that you can view your assessment information in more detail and your tutors and Student Office are able to see the same information as you.
