There is a collection for the Local Basics banks running in the University at the moment especially aimed at students leaving for the vacation who may have unopened tins.
People who are referred to the Basics Bank do not have enough money to buy food and your tinned food can help feed families and children.
Leave your tins at the bins at the receptions of Monte, Glen, Gateley Highfield and Bencraft Halls. There is also a bin at the Chaplaincy.
