We are looking forward to seeing you today at our staff party. In line with our beside the sea theme, the entertainment this year will include a helter skelter, traditional seaside games, crazy golf, water walkers, live music and the photo booth.
The running order for today, Friday 25 July 2014 is as follows:
15:00 Party begins
To claim your free drink you need to exchange your Eventbrite ticket for a drinks token on the day. This can be done at the Registration point (by the Interchange) from midday.
15.10 Big Town Boppers will perform in the central marquee
16.00 Address by the Vice Chancellor. This will be given from the central marquee on the front lawn.
16.10 Big Town Boppers will perform in the central marquee
17.00 Party ends. Courtesy buses to depart and all staff will be returned to their campuses

Important information
- Don’t forget that in order to claim a complimentary drink, staff must exchange their Eventbrite ticket for a drink token. This can be done from midday on Friday 25 July at the Registration Point. Please drink responsibly.
- You may travel for free on any Uni-link service throughout the day on Friday 25 July. Please remember your staff ID, as free travel will not be permitted without it.
- Please note photography and filming will be taking place on the day for use in University publications and on our website.
- Food service points will be found at the Central Marquee on the front lawn and the Terrace Restaurant. The Terrace is also the collection point for staff who have informed us of specific dietary requirements.
- Staff may purchase additional drinks, something from the BBQ or ice creams on the day and a cash bar will be operational in the Arlott Bar.
