Following work with the Students’ Union, the University’s Communications and Marketing team has started a project to review how the University communicates with current students.

The project is exploring how our students want to be communicated with, and researching with other universities to learn from their approaches to engaging with students. The project also includes mapping our current practices to ensure that any results from the research support the student communication that already exist.
Our vision is that students are able to make the most of all opportunities at Southampton, thanks to a clear structure of support for both transactional and strategic messaging. You can read more about the project here. Please email [email protected] with any comments.
