The University are are committed to reviewing their levels of customer service across various services and are seeking students and staff to take part. We are working with Shopper Anonymous, a national mystery shopping company, to deliver this project.
A team of University students and staff needed to conduct these visits over the next few months. They will be required to report on their findings and have a willingness to develop their own customer evaluation skills. All participants will be paid for completed visits.
