iSolutions will be carrying out essential maintenance on the University Filestore in October. Please not that this applies to both staff and students.
Thursday 16 October, 19:00 – 20:00 – J: Drive and My Documents: during the maintenance period, you will not be able to connect to your personal and shared data stores for up to one hour. Impact:
- Access to shared Filestore, specifically the J: drive
- Access to your home folder which includes: My Documents, Desktop, My Downloads, My Pictures, My Music, My Videos.
Please ensure that you have saved any important files or folders before the work starts at 19:00. If you urgently need to access any files or folders during that evening, we recommend that you save them to an alternate location. However, please note that if that storage is not backed-up, that information will be at risk.
