The Southampton University Actuarial Society (SUAS) is running its fourth annual careers fair in SUSU for any students interested in a career as an Actuary.
Tuesday 21 October, 16:00 – 18:00, SUSU Concourse, Building 42, Highfield Campus.
Around nine employers will be exhibiting, including LV=, PwC and HSBC. Students will be able to find out about the graduate roles, internships and insight days that the companies offer.
Daniel Cernin, an Economics student and President of SUAS, said: “We believe that in today’s competitive world, placements and internships are a must.”
SUAS organises employer presentations, careers fairs, and guest talks for its members to inform students about the life of an actuary. There are also regular social events where you can meet fellow actuarial students to develop your future network.
