Throughout the University’s Wellbeing Day is on Tuesday 4 November, workshops will be hosted in the Hartley Room (through the Staff Social Centre) to discuss how we can look after our own mental wellbeing.
Workshops on the day will feature talks and practical examples on how to use breathing techniques to improve your wellbeing, the use of meditation, stress and trauma-releasing therapies, and even Pets as Therapy will be present with Alfie the Labradoodle.
A full schedule of the workshops can be found on the Wellbeing Day webpages. All workshops are free, but we advise that you book to save your place.
