The University’s Operational Excellence team will be hosting a series of introductory sessions over the next six months, including rapid ‘learn a process review tool’ lunchtime workshops for any interested staff or students.
On Thursday 27 November 2014 (13:00 in 34/5003) the team will host their first regular drop-in session, where you can talk about processes that you work with, or just to find out more about the Operational Excellence team.
The team will be running the first of a series of rapid lunchtime workshops on Thursday 22 January 2015 (13:00 – 14:00 in 34/4007). At each of these sessions you’ll get an introduction to one or two of the tools being used across the University to review and improve processes.
