The next University’s next Researchers’ Café will take place this Wednesday 10 December 2014 17:30 – 19:00 in Mettricks Cafe, 117 High Street, Southampton.
The Researchers’ Café is a new way to meet researchers to hear about and discuss their burning issues in an informal space. Come along for a fun evening, learn and stretch your grey matter. Attendees are free to drop-in at any time.
This event will feature three topics:
- Biomedical engineering challenges of today – with PhD student Katarzyna Kuliga
- Edible Insects: The future of food and farming? – with Dr Jenny Josephs
- What can Cryogenics and Superconductivity do for you? – with PhD student Jessica Spurrell
