Expanding facilities for Sport and Wellbeing members

From 12 January 2015, as part of your Sport and Wellbeing membership, you will be entitled to use the Active Nation facilities at the Quays Swimming and Diving complex, the Bitterne Leisure Centre and the Chamberlayne Leisure Centre for no additional fee.

To use the Active Nation facilities you will need to hold Sport and Wellbeing membership and consented to share your details, which existing members can do here. Sport and Wellbeing membership does not entitle students and staff to attend Active Nation classes.

In addition, our new gym facility in Mayflower Halls on Commercial Road, will be opening this spring.

With these new developments Sport and Wellbeing membership offers fantastic value access to a host of facilities throughout the city including the Jubilee Sports Centre, the Watersports Centre, Southampton Sport Centre Alpine Centre and Athletics Track, and Wide Lane recreation grounds.

If you have any queries please email the Sport and Wellbeing team.
