As part of the Students’ Union housing campaign, which aims to help students find better private rented accommodation across Southampton, SUSU are organising a Housing Fair on the SUSU Concourse, Building 42, Highfield Campus on Monday 26 January, 10:00 – 15:00.
The event will offer sessions on trialling your potential housemates as well as providing advice on the essentials of knowing your rights when it comes to living outside of a Halls community.
The event has been organized by your Vice-President Welfare, Beckie Thomas, who said,
“Everyone should come along to the SUSU Housing Fayre on 26 January to find out some essential facts that will help you to get the most out of your housing experience next year; from getting along with housemates, to organising bills, to deposits and inventories. There will even be a chance to win a few prizes too!”
