Professor Rachel Mills and Dr Eleanor Frajka-Williams from Ocean and Earth Science, University of Southampton feature in a report released by The Oceanography Society (TOS).
The report entitled ‘Women in Oceanography: a decade later’, looks back at the careers of the featured scientists and offers a perspective on the progress made towards achieving gender equality in oceanography over the last ten years.
