Staff and students are invited to attend Espionage, the State and Belonging – a one-day symposium on Wednesday 18 March. The event takes place from 10:00–16:00 in 34/1013 on Highfield Campus.
One of the University’s Diamond Jubilee International Fellows – Phyllis Lassner (Northwestern, Chicago) – will explore the secret state of espionage and counter espionage as well as its political and cultural relationships. Phyllis is a visiting professor from Northwestern University in Chicago and is currently working with English, Film and History as well as the Parkes Institute during her fellowship.
