Today is the last day that anyone can register to vote in the UK for the 2015 General Election. You can register online until 17:00 on Monday 20 April.
Beginning tomorrow, to help inform staff and students about the upcoming General Election, the Students’ Union is helping to organise and promote a series of events and debates.
Tomorrow, representatives from all the major political parties will be coming to a special election panel, hosted by BBC Radio Solent. Staff and students are welcome to attend the debate which begins at 12:00 on Tuesday 21 April in the Student’ Union Concourse, Highfield Campus.
There will also be a further debate with all the main party candidates from the Southampton, Test constituency at 18:00 on Monday 27 April in Garden Court, Building 40, Highfield Campus.
