A new internal Researcher Portal, developed by Research & Innovation Services (R&IS) and hosted on SharePoint, aims to provide a one-stop-shop for pertinent information on the research lifecycle.
This new Portal replaces the previous internal Bid Toolkit and brings together, in one easy-to-access place, a range of information, guidance, advice and useful documents that relate to the complete research project lifecycle.
Who is it for?
The hub is primarily aimed at Early Career Researchers (ECRs), but is also appropriate to anyone involved internally in every part of the research lifecycle including postgraduates, PIs and wider University staff.
What does it cover?
From horizon scanning to developing research proposals; through to post-award reporting, the REF, and routes to commercialisation; the new portal describes and signposts to useful pre and post-award research support provided by our Professional Services departments including Finance, Communications & Marketing, iSolutions, the Library, Estates & Facilities and Legal Services.
The portal also contains all relevant information from R&IS and contact information for teams and individuals.
How do I find it?
This new Portal is hosted on SharePoint.
