The next instalment of Culture Café is coming up quickly and students from the Winchester School of Art can attend with free provided transport to and from Highfield campus. Whether it’s visual, the performing, written or media arts, bring your interests to the event held Thursday 4 June.
Operated by SUSU and the Creative Industries Zone, Culture Café is an opportunity to discuss the arts and culture with like-minded, passionate people, while keeping up with the changing national landscape of the creative arts.
The event will showcase some of the Creative Industries’ work within the Union on the Concourse beginning at 15:00, followed by debate, discussion and networking in Bar 2 from 16:00 onward. Discussion points will include:
- What is the future of the Arts?
- What if Arts funding is cut?
- What is the future of Arts in Southampton?
Students in Winchester who wish to attend and make use of the free transport, should email to register their interest. Keep up with this event and all other news on the Facebook page.
