The campaign for the Centre for Cancer Immunology is officially launched to the wider public on Tuesday 23 June, with a major event taking place at Somerset House in London.

We would like everyone at the University to help us celebrate – and what better way to toast the campaign’s launch than through baking and enjoying cakes.

On the day of the launch, the aim is to have as many cake sales as possible throughout the University, uniting faculties and professional services, to fundraise in aid of this amazing cause.

To make this possible, we are looking for volunteers in every building to host a cake sale, representing your area of the University.

Whether its hosting, baking, buying or all three, your support will take us one step closer to making the Centre a reality and saving more lives from cancer.

To volunteer to host a cake sale in your building/area, please contact Kat Carter at the Office of Alumni and Development.

All volunteers will be provided with helpful tips about how to organise your cake sale, posters to help you advertise and information about the campaign for you to hand out on the day of the launch.
