Following investment from the University and the Higher Education Funding Council (HEFCE) our undergraduate Electronic and Computer Science laboratories will be undergoing a multi-million pound transformation.
The transformation is set to ensure that future students will be using the latest technology and state-of-the-art facilities to support their degree programmes. It will see the current labs completely overhauled and re-equipped.
Professor Neil White, Head of Electronics and Computer Science, said:
“We are very excited to be creating a state-of-the-art facility for our current and future students.”
A walk-through video has been created by the department to explore the plans for the new laboratories.
The project is set to be completed ready for the Autumn term.
