On Tuesday 7 July between 12:30 and 13:30 staff and students are welcome to attend a workshop promoting a deeper understanding of dementia.
The lunchtime workshop will be led by Dr Ros Willis of the University’s Centre for Research on Ageing within Social Sciences. Its aim is to help both current and potential carers further understand the causes, signs and progress of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
The workshop will offer practical pointers for carers, as well as sharing news about the research here at the University. Lunch will be provided.
The event is taking place in Building 34, Room 3019 on Highfield Campus.
