On an already special occasion, a student from the Business School has proposed during one of today’s graduation ceremonies.
MSc International Management graduand, Shiyi Ying, proposed to his fellow student and partner of two years, Yu Yen Ou, MSc International Financial Markets.
Once all graduands had been presented in front of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Don Nutbeam, Shiyi Ying returned to the stage to make a special announcement,
Southampton is a magic place. It opens the gate to students from all over the world and so people who live a thousand miles away would get the chance to meet and get to know each other.
