Academics and students from Electronics and Computer Science will be inspiring digital creativity when they take part in the BBC Make it Digital summer tour this weekend.
The interactive roadshow, which is touring around the country this summer, will be at the Bournemouth Air Show this Saturday and Sunday, 22 and 23 August.
On Saturday, Professor Kirk Martinez will be talking about Erica The Rhino, a cyber-rhino made as part of Marwell Zoo‘s GoRhinos campaign. Professor Martinez will speak at 11:30, 13:00 and 16:30.
On Sunday, Dr Jonathan Hare will give three Tech Talks at 11:30, 14:00 and 16:00 on Sunday.
Throughout 2015, the BBC’s Make It Digital season is shining a light on the world of digital in a major UK-wide initiative to inspire a new generation to get creative with coding, programming and digital technology.
