Applications from staff on all the different career pathways are invited for this year’s Education, Research and Enterprise (ERE) Promotions and In-Level Transfer Review.
Open Sessions, followed by an opportunity to ask questions, are being offered to all staff, from Level 4 and above, who are considering promotion on:
Thursday 1 October, 14:00 – 15:30,Highfield Campus, Building 2a Room 2077
Friday 2 October 13:00 – 14:30, Southampton General Hospital, IDS Lecture Theatre, Cancer Sciences Building, Tremona Road
The sessions will be a good opportunity to understand more about the process, the career pathways and assessment criteria, and how to prepare an excellent application.
As our monitoring data shows that women have been less likely than men to make applications for promotion, we would particularly encourage women to attend, however the session is open to all people who might be considering promotion this year.
