Enabling Services run a series of wellbeing and study workshops on Wednesday afternoons throughout the academic year.
From 13:30 – 14:15 each Wednesday, you can hear about a variety of wellbeing topics, including homesickness, stress, anxiety, getting a better nights’ sleep.
From 14:30 – 15:30 there will be a variety of study topics, including assignment writing, assistive technology, planning a dissertation, referencing, exams and revision.
All of these workshops will be taking place in our Enabling Services House, next to Building 37 (28 University Road) and you can download a full schedule of the sessions for both study skills and wellbeing.
