New roles for postgraduate students at the Postgraduate Open Day on Wednesday 25 November are now available.
Ambassadors play an important part in presenting the University to potential students and their guests. All roles will require you to be friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, with good communication skills.
Tasks will be varied and include:
- Registering visitors
- Providing directions
- Delivering tours of Highfield Campus
- Delivering tours of Hartley Library
- Assisting in exhibition areas
- Assisting at talks
If you are interested in this opportunity and are a current postgraduate student, please fill out the following application form. Rate of pay is £9.12/hour (including holiday pay) and lunch will be provided.
Training will be provided, and you must be available to attend one of the sessions at 14:00 – 15:00 on Wednesday 11 November or Friday 13 November.
The deadline to complete the application form is Wednesday 4 November. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of this deadline then please assume that you will not be working on this occasion.
