The Reward Project is a key strategic priority for the University. UCU members are currently being asked to vote on the proposed implementation of the next phase of the project. This relates to a new appraisal process and career pathways for Levels 4-7 staff in the Management, Specialist and Administrative (MSA), Community and Operational (CAO) and Technical and Experimental (TAE) job families.

Staff representatives from each of these job families, as well as representatives from UCU, were involved in designing the proposals which aim to reward and recognise staff for their performance and contribution in pursuit of the University’s strategy.

A further communication will be made to all staff once the results of the ballot are known.

For those who are eligible to vote in this ballot, there are a number of documents that will need to be read before casting your vote. These documents can be found here.  If you would like to know more about the Reward Project, please visit the Reward Project Sharepoint site.

Alternatively, if you have any other queries, please contact the project team via our email address.

UCU members with queries can contact UCU here.
