The Opportunities Fair is a new initiative led by the University to highlight ways in which students can engage in activities that will support both their personal and professional development.
The event showcases a variety of internal opportunities encompassing work experience; skills development; volunteering and partnerships, all intended to enrich student experience and equip you for the future. Opportunities are available both at home and overseas.
The Fair will take place from 11:00 – 15:00 on Tuesday 3 November in Garden Court, Building 40, Highfield Campus.
A limited number of students will also be able to take part in interactive workshops to get expert advice on their CV or LinkedIn profiles.
To celebrate the launch of this new Fair, we are giving every student the chance to enter a free prize draw, by scanning your ID card on arrival. The prize draw will include:
- iPad (Donated by Southampton Opportunity Project)
- 4x Natwest T20 Blast match tickets at the Ageas Bowl next summer
- 2x £50 STA Travel vouchers
- Dinner and drinks vouchers at Mango
