Staff and students are invited to participate in our Wellbeing programme 2015 starting from the 13 November for the rest of the month.
This is the third year that we are holding wellbeing events. This year we are expanding from a one-day event to a packed agenda over the week of 16 November 2015. Many events will continue into November and throughout the year. Keep an eye out for more information on the University’s wellbeing webpages.
The Vice-Chancellor will be launching our programme of wellbeing events on Monday 16 November with keynote speakers from Time to Change and Mindful Employer.
There will also be training events, seminars and opportunities to experience yoga.
