Faculty of Medicine staff are invited to an Open Meeting on Research Publication: the changing landscape, on 18 November, 11:00 – 12:30, in Lecture Theatre 1, Southampton General Hospital.
Topics will include Pure (the University’s new research management system), REF, HEFCE and Research Data Open Access policies and ORCiDs (unique researcher identifiers).
Professional specialists from across the University will give updates on local and national technological and policy changes affecting the evolving landscape of research publication and impacting on staff across the Faculty of Medicine.
The meeting will be of interest and relevance to everyone involved in research and research support. There will be plenty of time for questions during the meeting, and during the lunch which follows in the foyer

Registration to attend the talks only is open until the last minute.
