The day will feature free tasters from Buddhist Meditation, Salsa, Yoga, Afrodynamix, Belly Dance, and Zumba, as well as free tea and hot chocolate on the Redbrick.

The aim of this event is to promote equality through raising awareness for discrimination or hardship people face in society, and also promote a bit of wellbeing as students begin revision for January exams.

There will be charity and society stalls on the Redbrick and Concourse (Building 42), with fun activities throughout the day.

A charity raffle will also be held in the Bridge from 18:00 onwards with all proceeds going to Southampton Women’s Aid and the Society of Saint James homelessness charity.
