We’re excited to invite you to Telling Our Stories: In Conversation, the first in a monthly series of talks between two of our academics to highlight ground-breaking research but also to discover unexpected connections between them.
We start with a conversation between Dr Cheryl Metcalf from Health Sciences and Professor Graeme Earl from Archaeology.
What could possibly connect rehabilitation and archaeology? Find out by joining us from 10:00 – 11:00 this Thursday, 10 December in the foyer of the Turner Sims.*
Cheryl and Graeme will talk for 20 minutes and the remaining time will be for questions from the audience.
We’ve only got a limited number of seats available, so book yours now on Eventbrite.
The series is part of the ‘Telling Our Stories’ project which aims to give voice to all that is taking place across our University in research, education and enterprise.
Our strength at the University is that, as a community, we are all involved in cross-university collaboration and connected to businesses, higher education partners and other organisations across the world.
You can find more examples of our research on the We are connected website.
The next ‘In Conversation’ will be in January, look out for more details on SUSSED nearer the time.
Our Telling Our Stories portal offers a collection of tools and resources to help you tell your story about our University.
* To allow us to share this event with a wide audience, it will be filmed and shared on social media after the event.
