As previously announced on SUSSED, Professor Judith Petts is leaving Southampton to become the next Vice-Chancellor of Plymouth University and will be stepping down as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise) in January 2016.
Consequently, the Vice-Chancellor is seeking expressions of interest from within the University for the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research and Enterprise) to work for an interim period from February 2016 until 30 September 2016. During this period the new role of Vice-President (Research and Enterprise) will be formally created and a full search for the permanent post holder will be carried out.
Candidates should have sufficient management and leadership experience to be able to contribute effectively both in this role, and as a member of the University’s Executive.
