The support we offer you includes:

  • Telephone, face to face and email based advice if you are experiencing an immediate welfare issue or facing difficulties in your life.
  • Signposting and referral service to other health and wellbeing support services, both internal and external to the University.
  • Supporting and promoting emotional health and wellbeing throughout your time at university.
  • Regular drop-in sessions (from 4 January 2016) at designated locations both on campus and around the city at our Halls of Residence Hubs.
  • Practical advice on University Facilities and Services, such as information about Sport and Wellbeing opening hours, Library opening, Unlink and Students’ Union services.

This service will run every night across the Christmas break.
