Workplace Giving UK, the University’s charitable giving intermediary is to close with immediate effect.
Unfortunately, due to financial pressures beyond their control, Workplace Giving UK (David Rubin and Partners) has been placed into liquidation.
All donations from our employees who give to charity through our charitable giving arrangements are safe.
The financial processing element of our charitable giving scheme is managed through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), not Workplace Giving UK.
The closure will not affect ongoing donations through the charitable giving scheme, however the University will revise its process for setting up and changing of donations, and will advise of these arrangements in due course.
