Study day on genetic medicine: what are the ethical issues

Attend this thought provoking study day from 10.00-16.00 on Saturday 16 January, Avenue Campus to learn about the current and future possibilities of genetic testing.

Hosted by The CELS (Clinical Ethics and Law at Southampton) research group in conjunction with Lifelong Learning, the theme for this day will be a series of talks about genetic testing and include issues such as: What do my genes say about me? How do we manage unexpected results? What are the limits to consent and confidentiality and genetic testing during pregnancy?
