The Semester 2 2016 exam timetable is due to published here by no later than Tuesday 22 March 2016, it could still be subject to change and will not be finalised until your individual exam timetable is published.

Individual exam timetables will be published and can be accessed via your SUSSED account by no later than Monday 2 May 2016.

Your individual timetable will show a definitive time/date and the location and seat number for your exams. Please use the seating plans which can be found at the bottom of this page to determine your exact location. If you have a missing exam or have been scheduled onto the wrong exam please do not worry but you will need to contact us either in person at Building 37, Room 2083 or by phone 0044 (0) 23 8059 2823 or by email at [email protected].

Please note: if exams are cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (for instance inclement weather, sudden loss of exam venues) they may be rescheduled to any other day within term time at short notice. You should bear this in mind if you plan to leave the campus as you risk being unable to complete your required assessment. This may mean that you are unable to progress your academic studies. For details of term time please see the Term Dates Calendar.

Any student who thinks they might require additional support for the Semester 2 exams (or indeed for any part of their study) should contact Enabling Services on [email protected] or telephone 023 8059 7726 (see their website for more details) no later than Friday 8 March.

Completing assignments and revising for examinations can be quite a stressful time for students. To help make sure that you’ve got all the help you need or know where to direct a worried student, we’ve compiled a list of support services on offer around the University:

Your Personal Academic Tutor – your primary point of contact with advice and guidance on academic work and progress.

Students’ Union Advice Centre – the team provides students with free, independent, confidential advice and representation in a friendly, relaxed environment. The Advice Centre can be found on Level 3 of Building 40 on the Highfield Campus.

Academic Skills Hub – provides access to a range of academic skills resources across all subjects.

Nightline – the listening service run by students, operates every evening in term time from 20:00-08:00.

Peer Support – talk with fellow students in person about whatever is worrying you.

First Support – the University service if you ever find yourself in a crisis.

Residences Support Service – available to help all student residents between 18:00 and 08:00 every day of the week at all Halls of Residence sites.

Lastly, there will be a number of workshops arranged by the Enabling Services to help you cope with exam stress. Details can be found here.
