The National Student Survey is now live

The National Student Survey (NSS) 2016 is now live and eligible students can complete it on the NSS website.

Student completing NSS

What is the NSS?

The NSS is run every year at all UK Universities and is an opportunity for students to give their opinions on how well the University teaches and supports them, as well as commenting on things that they think should be improved.

Why should I care?

As a final year student you have experienced the University and the Students’ Union for at least the last three years and so you have an informed opinion. The University uses your responses to the NSS to improve student experience.

What will the NSS ask me?

The questions allow you to provide feedback on a range of topics, from how you would rate the academic support you received during your studies, to how satisfied you were with the organisation and management of your programme. You can even comment on the Students’ Union.

So how can I get involved?

If you are eligible, you can complete the survey right now on the NSS website. However, from Monday 1 February, you will be emailed a personalised link inviting you to complete the survey. You can then complete the NSS online or via your smartphone. Make sure you complete the survey as soon as possible in order to prevent further reminders.
