The recently launched Project and Programme Management Community (PPM) is pleased to announce the first in a series of lunch and learn sessions.
These sessions are an opportunity to get together over lunch (bring your own) to share ideas on topics that we hope will add value to PPM practice and provide useful tools and/or techniques that attendees can take away to use in their own work. Each session will typically include a presentation, followed by discussion, an activity or Q&A.
Anyone is welcome, so bring your lunch and hopefully learn something new. If you would like to attend either of the below sessions, please contact the team.
Project Lifecycle and Templates: Thursday 25 February, 13:15-14:15
Join Strategy, Planning and Analytics and iSolutions for a tour of our project management lifecycle; they’ll be highlighting some of the key documents and templates used at each stage.
Agile Project Management: Thursday 28 April, 12:30-13:30
Join iSolutions for an introduction to agile project management; find out how agile differs to traditional methods and when it might be appropriate to use this approach.
