The sessions will be run on Tuesdays throughout February and March: 9, 16 & 23 February and 1 & 8 March from 12:00-13:00.

Each session is split into two halves with 30 minutes of formal instruction explaining how to find key library resources to support your projects and essays followed by an opportunity for ‘follow up’ questions.

The sessions will be concentrating on:

  • The use of WebCat & Delphis
  • Subject databases useful for finding journal articles and how to access resources from our collections and beyond
  • Acknowledging your sources through referencing plus other academic skills

These lunchtime workshops will take place in WSA Campus Seminar Room 1163 (Westside). Please bring your own laptop or tablet.

You can find a full schedule of other ‘Improve your results’ workshops on the Library webpages.

If you have any suggestions for workshops which could be run by the University, please email [email protected].

You can either book a place online, or drop in on the day.
