The ‘no agenda’ meetings are based on the simple premise of asking colleagues: “What’s on your mind?” There are up to 30 colleagues in each meeting and lunch or snacks are provided. Between late February and July there will also be sessions at Boldrewood, Southampton General Hospital, Avenue Campus, NOCS and Highfield.
In 2015 more than 300 colleagues, from a wide range of roles, grades and areas of the University participated in these sessions. There are examples of the feedback received and the questions asked on the Strategy SharePoint site.
Periodically there will be a report-back to University Executive Board (UEB) about the concerns, comments and ideas put forward by staff in these sessions.
